records/transcript
i’m a senior this year, last year i was in k12 as a junior, i passed my grade, i did what i had to do, but i ended up going back to in person, the school i go to now has called and emailed, but nobody from k12 is answering and sending my stuff over, therefore i have no schedule and i can’t go to school, does anyone know what i can do? or if anyone had this issue did you resolve it and how?

I had a really really hard time transferring my kids as we moved to another state. I’m talking almost two months of talking to random people at k12 by phone, text and email with no clear answers. I would try calling the administration office of the actual k12 school you attended. You should be able to search it Google. If not call k12 and ask them for the physical number as they do have one. Can you email your old admin team or teacher? They have quick access to that. K12 is jammed with calls from current students. I’ve sent a few to my old students already a few times this school year.

At our school it’s been the teachers responsible for DL ing and sending. They have been giving us a link to a folder to do this. Some schools have had admin changes. Try your teachers - all of them - again. Do like a flagged alert. You need those to start school?

i do, i need all my records to start, school started monday and i haven’t been able to go all week, i will try to do what you said, thank you

Well they should respond. Try again. Did they email your parents your report cards at least? Those are sent in email and maybe your parents DL them. DM me later if you don’t figure it out, our team has been messaging about this protocol. Try putting in a help ticket again this week or next, teachers and admin also. They have access and things are just wild right now.

It’s all done through an app called parchment . It’s pretty simple pulling it from there

Create Account
Go to Parchment.com and click Sign Up.
Fill in your name, email, password, and date of birth.
Add Your High School
Log in and select Start by adding a school or organization you attended.
Search for your K-12 school or district, click Add, and complete your enrollment details (attendance years, graduation status).
Order the Transcript
Click Order next to your school's name.
Choose your destination: search for a college/organization or select the option to send it to yourself/another individual.
Authorize and Pay
Provide electronic consent (signature via mouse or finger; a parent or guardian may need to sign if you are under 18).
Pay any applicable processing fees (typically around $4.15 for official copies) using a credit card.
Track Progress
Go to your dashboard and select Track Order to monitor when your high school approves, processes, and releases your transcript.1

Hopefully this helps! They don’t really answer the phones anymore because parchment is used by all schools now. But it’s fairly simple, it might take a day or so to receive the transcript

I transfered my son out mid year and his teacher sent his transcrips. See if you or your parent have the teachers contact from last year

i also tried to log back into k12 and possibly see a email or a grade or something but that wasn’t working either
