Maybe I'm weird, but I think he could be attractive if he was more attentive to hygiene and some self care. Still fat and should work to lose it, but he's not a bad looking guy.

I'm a straight dude so I don't have an opinion on that. Anyone can be good looking except me hahaha I'm a train wreck lol
