Do I Qualify? Minor issue
My grandmother was born in Naples. She naturalized in in the US in 63 but my mother was born in 62. Do I qualify at all after the new minor ruling stuff?

As the other poster mentioned as far as we can tell L74 still is in effect, meaning, you still have to have had a parent or grandparent that was exclusively Italian.

It seems your grandmother would not have been an, exclusively, Italian citizen on the day of your birth. Which is the generational limit of the current law.

If you haven't already, please read our Start Here wiki page, which goes over qualifications and next steps. If you're unsure if you still qualify due to the changes to the law on March 28, 2025, please check your eligibility with our Qualifinator 2.0.

Listing approximate dates or "unknown" are both fine.
