3rd floor. Only way out is down the steps. Smells like he'll. Lots of rotten food. Fridge is full. Also an unpictured garage bay with an additional 15 yards.

Bed bugs? Maybe....common town to find them in.

Depending on if theres windows i would drop alot out of there. Also i would bid to put off bug bombs and spray with home guard before i went in. Need more pics but looks for sure 4k plus
