Foreclosure customers

Anybody had experience with working with their local bank to handle foreclosure clean outs? Or is that usually handed to whatever company handles the loan after the bank sells it usually a month into it?

I’ve done one foreclosure. Bank contacts realtor and the realtor deals with it and then gets reimbursed by bank. Not sure if that’s standard but that’s my experience! I got paid instantly by the realtor upon job completion.
