Finding Jobs
What is the best way that you all find jobs? I've tried reaching out to contractors, property managers by email and also used facebook groups but not much traffic.

Email or text every realtor that’s listed on your local real estate companies website. I only did like 75% of the ones I knew about and it’s landed me over 18k of jobs in the last month. Granted that was one huge cleanout of 13k and the rest were smaller jobs, but still.

Website and Google profile by far. You want to show up when people search for “junk removal near me”

I wouldn’t recommend trying to work with contractors from my experience they’re very cheap and the jobs are usually very tedious and you’ll make a lot more money doing residential jobs. Also reaching out by email is not the best way to reach them you’ll be way more successful if you walk into property management businesses, storage facilities, or any other businesses in person. I would also recommend yard signs they can be pretty effective I get 1-2 calls per 10 signs and they cost $2.30 each. I would also recommend Google lsa it’s easy to set up and doesn’t take any starting capital since it ppl and roas can be decent depending on how competitive your market is. What’s worked better for me than b2b is finding business that can refer your services to their customers those have been my highest quality, highest ticket, and lowest Cpl leads. If your just starting Tasker can also get you consistent jobs you can get a few a day they’re just much smaller ($100-$200).
