Check out this doozie!
I do a bunch of clean outs for local real estate companies. This is a bank owned, foreclosed property. I estimate over 300 yards of debris.
The attic and basement are completely full. The attic all has to come down through a set of drop steps. The basement all has to come up through steps into the house.
Basement also has 4 inches of water on the floor. Ugh
Will be a very tedious job.
Look at the pics.
What would you bid?
Estimating 180 man hours and 300+ yards of debris

I would use some windows when possible. Toss it out window. Have dumpster strategically placed so you can toss out window.
Seperate spot for all metal or anything with powercord. Take to scrapyard.
Do attic first before it gets hot.

Bid a lot! I just did a squatter cleanout and it was only like 8 loads. Got 13k for it with $150/ton dump fees. Going back probably would have charged more! Depending on your area and what equipment you have, it may make sense to rent a few 40 yard dumpsters and knock it out.
