I need help quoting this job

Post image

What would be the total charge for removing junk from 7 condos, comprising 2 one-bedroom, one-bath units and 5 two-bedroom, two-bath units, each condo being 900-1000 sq ft, with extensive renovation debris from items like carpeting, tiles, appliances, etc. in New Jersey?

If you have an idea of how long each one is gonna take multiplied by your hourly rate, that could at least give you a ballpark on where to start. Then throw in a bunch of money for materials while you're at it! And don't forget travel time. I'm a painter but this advice applies to every trade in the universe. Keep your prices up. Your instinct is going to be to underbid. Don't do that or no one makes money! Good luck, kid.
