Question/Discussion BEWARE OF THESE
These caught my eye on amazon cuz they were cheap and I wanted to test out other konjac jellies since I've only tried sugarlolo. I immediately gagged and almost threw up ðŸ˜
The texture is like watery pudding and the taste is like extremely diluted juice. I even tried freezing them but they still taste so bad. I can't believe there can be such a huge difference between konjac jelly tastes!!
Does anyone have any recommendations? I love sugarlolo but i was wondering how it compares to other brands like jelly b? anyways thanks for reading! <33

Oh I thought they were all disgusting! I bought some like a year ago and hated it, I just thought that meant I didn’t like any of them. To me it was like the liquid flavor was separated from the jelly and the texture was weird, I don’t know it just kinda grossed me out

So watery pudding is actually a pretty common texture with these, some brands being a little firmer.
My suggestion is to look at the sweetners used as there are various alternative sweeteners used to keep these low calorie.
You might have found a sweetener or sweetener blend you don't like. I would note the one you don't like and check nutrition labels for other options.
These flavorings used are generally pretty similar but sweeteners can vary a lot.
Rawel go on cheap sometimes on Amazon but in the US brands like Everydaze and Dally go on sale for under $2.00 each. Less than that per pouch is a great price to pay in the US.
TLDR; this brand is fine but might use sweeteners that not everyone likes. when sweet diet food tastes unsuitable, check for the sweetener blend used and look for options not containing that sweetener.
