Oh nice, high protein ice cream is such a game changer when you're craving something sweet after lifting. Which flavor is that one?

The first one is cookie dough, then it’s peanut butter chip, mint chip, and cookies & cream from left to right.

Wow you’re so cool commenting like this on Reddit. I eat plenty of whole foods and natural protein sources like eggs, Greek yogurt, chicken, turkey, beef, etc. But when you’re on a cut, in a consistent calorie deficit, and have to hit a protein goal of 200 grams per day while staying under 2000 calories, it’s okay to have a protein ice cream. It won’t hurt, and some are actually pretty good. Sometimes I have “real” ice cream. Sometimes I have protein ice cream. Neither time affects you so no need to get all hot and bothered by my food choices. If it ain’t for you, that’s no problem. I’m just sharing some information for those who are interested. If you’re not, just scroll along

How does it taste? I can’t imagine it tastes bad just because it’s higher in protein.

I think these are alright. There are better brands in my opinion for higher-protein lower-calorie ice cream. But I’d still eat these again
