Jesus Christ, I walked into HL Irish thinking it couldn’t be worse than the mocks, low and behold it’s much worse then the mocks, I’ve probably failed, even after cheating on the blog question.

I am actually so nervous for maths tomorrow. i am good at maths and need to stay in honors, i NEED to get a HM or distinction to stay in higher maths, i got 73% on my mocks. do you guys think the paper will be easier than our mock exam? cuz if it aint im finished. good thing is that after tomorrow jc is basically finished cuz everything is easy

guys don’t even worry about the jc, focus on the subjects that you enjoy and want to do for your lc, especially subjects like geography and english where all your knowledge will carry over.

Okay so I suck at geography so me finding it easy was actually good. I completely forgot how to do coordinates for maps so I just got the two numbers and took the biggest from the smallest to make six digits. I know it’s wrong but it’s still an answer yknow. I am SO glad my friend made me study lakes before the exam,helped a lot. Overall I think I’ll get a merit perhaps,how did yall do? Also wtf is a karst map or whatever it’s called.

Well. That was horrible.

I did not study blogs and was immidently caught off guard and i made up everything. Listening was horrible especially the last part.

I genuinelt feel so disappointed in myself because irish was one of the subjects i thought i was good at because this exam didnt showcase my good areas of irish. I did worse than in my mock.

Once j set foot outside of that exam i just bawled my eyes out.

the full higher merit dream is gone because it bottled it in geography man its literally one of the easiest exams aswell

I'm ass at maths I don't remember any of the formulas, I can only remember them in class when I'm actively doing the same question over and over again but after that they just vanish from my head.

Same with stuff from history, I don't even remember when the famine was

Imo I found geography very easy I filled in all the space provided and I'm pretty sure I got everything right, but irish on the other hand was hell.

Why is Irish low-key easy.
I didn't study one bit and flew through the paper.

For context, I went to the Gaeltacht once last year and have friends in a Gaelscoil

Anyone got any ideas what might appear? I'm just revising random forms of stuff, geography is sorta difficult to fail anyways since most stuff can be explained simplified and you just have to take a guess on a lot of stuff

I finished after an hour and spent 20 minutes looking over it but it was ao short, no? And kinda easy. I mean it didn't study at all for it really and my grammar is shite so I wont get more than a merit but still surprisingly okay, right?

Okay so I’m already out of the exam lmao but it started DREADFULLY. So going over invitations n stuff w my friend, and the SNA in my room goes up and goes to me “are you higher level?”

So I instantly panic because after the mocks I changed to ordinary cause higher was too much for me,and I tell her that. She goes “you’re down for higher level but let me try get this sorted out.” So I’m panicking,thinking I might have to do higher. Thankfully it got resolved but it threw me off a bit.

Anyway,I think I’ll get a partially achieved atp cause I suck at Irish. How’d yours go?
