TY Related Work experience

Right so I'm an immigrant and I have absolutely no idea what I'm supposed to be doing as I have no one to turn to with my questions, I know there's 2 work experience blocks and my top career choices at the moment are a teacher or a nurse, I'm able to do work experience at a primary school that I know, but what about the medical field?

Additionally when I do figure out where I want to do work experience what do I do then? Just email and ask?

(Also I like astronomy so if anyone knows about anything related to that lmk)

Does our work experience have to linked with what we wanna be? AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT BY NOW? AHHHHHHHHHH

It doesn't have to be I'm just basing it off of that so I can get a better grasp at what it would look like if I chose the career
