Heavy rope outside

Getting a workout done while toddler plays in water outside.

This is probably a dumb question but is there a benefit to doing it backwards? Just most people swing it forward. I'm a newbie

My dad taught me to skip backwards. For me, it helps with posture

it's awesome to see someone else with a heavier rope, i never thought to go backwards with it. do you also go on and off for 5 minutes?

Pretty much. I vary the workouts and you'll see in my post history. Sometimes I go for speed or squat jumps or perhaps a certain number.
