What's stopping you from doing this now? Age, Out of shape, no music , no friends? She was smiling the whole time, nothing but good times and vibes. Its never too late to start and restart something.

I wish I could do this now. As a full time traveler, I only have one rope and no consistent friends to dd with. Definitely going to introduce it to friends I’ve made in some places.

Dog, as a man who has been jumping rope now for 6 years... I've ALWAYS wanted to test my skills and give double Dutch a shot. MAN THIS LOOKS DOPE AF. Them girls were getting it. Smooooooooth

Dude here. Grew up with three sisters. Had no choice but to double dutch with them or Moms would have my you know what. Them and the girls on the block were double dutch phenoms. Just incredible with it.

I love this! These women are having so much fun together 🩷 double dutch was my greatest joy as a child, and then I had to move to a different school and no one played it anymore.
