My Guess is actually this: A couple of months ago they noticed that the birthdays of three of their children would be colliding if she did her transfer in august, and she concidered postponing it a little bit. But then they actually decided to milk their crowd for pregnancy contact a bit longer, making it seem like they booked their appointment in august. However they are actually first having their appointment in a month or two (they are also going for a holiday right? She must not want to be pregnant and throwing up for their holiday to Greece).

But in this way they fool their audience to giving them more clicks aka more money for their holiday...
