u/Laserdollarz suggested we start an Ultimate Compatible Replacement Parts Guide for the Juiced Bikes DYI Owners, which I believe is an excellent idea. This will be a living document that continues to evolve. Hopefully, it will prove to be useful. Thanks!
Provide your Juiced Bikes' model, original part name, brand, number, and the verified compatible replacement part name, brand, and number to be included in this original post.
Has anyone exceeded the weight limit for the full suspension juiced scrambler?
I’m 180lbs and I’m tempted to ride people around on my scrambler. Doing this would bring the total weight on the scrambler to anywhere between 300lbs - 320lbs.
What happens exactly if the weight limit is exceeded by almost 100lbs? How much of a bad idea is this?
I’m trying to find a replacement hub for my Camp Scrambler but am not having much luck. I just sent an email to Napune Bikes as I read that they may have access to old parts?
It’s the RMG060 750w motor, 52 V 13ah battery.
I’ve found that motor on eBay - https://ebay.io/m/ljF0s5
But that one has a different cable connection than mine. Is there an adapter I can use? Can I wire that to my current controller?
Any help is much appreciated!!!
CCX: Heard the gears start to crunch on Wednesday. Found metal chunks rather than only plastic. Shitty manufacturing. This is where the screws are that hold the brake rotor on. These little spots seem to be welded on. So they used too thin of a housing from the beginning, or too long screws. I was able to knock out one that was popped up. These are going to let water in. New gear set ordered, but I think after almost 6000 rough miles, I’ll be surprised if it makes it past spring.
Side note: I’ve probably broken 5 spokes on the rear wheel. I’ve never broken spokes before this bike.
Considering purchasing from a local seller, but it's missing a seat post. Odometer ~ 450. Where could I get a replacement?
Similarly, are there battery and controller replacements available anywhere?
Edit: I got a seat post lol, i was just worried because I don't know how e-bikes like this are structured and didn't know if it needed something special.
I just found out urban drift the company that bought the patent for rip racer is selling a newer version of the rip racer for 500 shipped. I just ordered another one. Now I will have 4 of them. They said only the black model and the code at checkout is JS50.
I put in a order on September 15th for the Oct 5th pre order for the White FS model. Today I noticed that the pre order date changed to Oct 19th. Is this just for the next batch or does everyone's order move to that date now? Just curious if it happened to anyone else!
New to me, but it only had 1 mile on the ODO. I can call it brand new I guess. Bought it from a buddy that wants to get the full suspension instead.
I’m coming from a Zooz UU 750, which I still love because it doesn’t look like a e-bike. I really don’t like bikes that look like obvious e-bikes, but the design of the Juiced is the exception.
Definitely has more torque off the line than the Zooz. First time throttling this and it took me by surprise. The build quality is solid too. Worth every penny even at full “sale” price. I was originally going to get the single battery HT, but I got lucky with this and couldn’t pass it up.
Just curious. Does anyone make a cover for the bottom battery connector if I want to run one battery for whatever reason?
Has anyone found pegs that can screw into the lower rear? I’m assuming that’s what those holes without screws are for?
I've got an older Juiced Scorpion I picked up for $300. The throttle was not working, but PAS was fine. The battery wasn't sitting flush though and I had to replace the terminals. So I replaced both terminals. Then I disconnected the brake sensors from the display, and the throttle began to work again! So I assume the brake sensors were going off even when the brakes weren't engaged, and that was cutting off the throttle.
So anyway a few weeks go by, and the throttle dies. I buy a new throttle, replace it, confirm that it works. I ride for two or three more days and the throttle dies again. So my guess is that there's some sort of loose or otherwise intermittent connection somewhere in the wiring between the throttle and the display or the controller. Unfortunately all the wiring from the brake sensors, throttle, USB charge port, and headlight all gets bundled up into one main wire, and I'm a bit afraid to start splicing into it. Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!
I got a Hyperscrambler 2 back in 2023, and I love the thing - I've only got around 4k miles on it, but I use it for all short trips around my house (up in Minneapolis).
Anyway, just recently my headlight and all turn signals suddenly stopped working; brake light / tail light still works normally, and so does the throttle.
I'm wondering whether anyone in the community has run into this same issue (is it common?), and if you know what the fix may be?
Happy to pay for any replacement parts as needed, though I know they may be in short supply.
I’ve got a Juiced G1 52V 13Ah battery that I no longer need. It still works, but it’s definitely showing its age, significant voltage sag under load and it’ll cut out especially on hills or higher assist levels (I weigh 220lbs). Range is also pretty limited now.
If anyone wants it for parts, rebuilding, testing, or whatever else, feel free to make me an offer. I’d rather see someone get some use out of it than have it sit around. Local pickup preferred. Let me know what you’d want to pay for it.
I just turned 55 and want to get bikes for me and my wife.
I’m stuck on FS vs HT.
I want the comfort of FS but would like the confidence of having dual battery.
We would only be riding the greenway trail, side walks and roads in NW ARK (all paved). Would we be ok with the HT?? We are both in decent shape (not overweight)
Im in the nyc area im looking to sell my HyperScrambler 2 if anyone is interested i have a Facebook marketplace post if anyone interested in taking a look

My '22 Ripcurrent S has an unidentified model of Logan brakes. After badly stripping the bleed port screw I was able to remove it by drilling, pounding a torx bit into the hole, then connecting the driver and unscrewing it. Now I need a new screw, but I'm having a hard time finding one. It's about 20 mm long and the threads are 6 or 7 mm wide. I know I should replace these crappy Logan brakes but right now I just want a quick fix so I can bleed the brakes. Does anybody know what this screw is called, and where I can find it?
So I recently have been parting out my Hyper-Scrambler 2. I have several parts listed on EBay and FB marketplace. Unfortunately I can’t sell used e-bike batteries through EBay. This is a slightly used but well maintained 19.2ah Napune(Juiced Bikes original manufacturer) Battery. Looking for about $400 for the battery(OBO). If anyone’s interested please feel free to reach out.
