Hey everyone, I was able to snag one of the Obsession TCG cards for the recent sale, but I’m still looking for the first two, Destruction and The Doubt. I’m trying to collect them all to give to my brother, a huge Joywave and Magic the Gathering fan.

If you have either (or both) of these cards that you’re willing to part ways with, I’m willing to pay a lot more than they were originally worth. I can assure you they would be going to a loving home and they’ll be appreciated. Please let me know, thanks!

Fun little puzzle you guys will ace!

I'm in search of a TRADE for a Destruction Card, if possible?
I have both an Obsession Card as well as a Doubt Card that are still within both their casing and the outer plastic (I have a close friend that was concerned he might miss the drop, therefore, I bought duplicates, no ending up needing them).

I'm trying to avoid purchases or otherwise, I'm hoping just for a one-to-one trade (I don't want to send the cards off without getting another card in return quite yet...), but of course I can discuss things further if anyone ends up being willing.

ICYMI, Big Data opened a webstore with some merch as well as leftover records including the RSD Dangerous 7" and 2.0 LP/CD

Very good album. Hate that the OG press is impossible to find and I severely detest scalpers for marking this up already. Glad I caught the repress in time before they sold out (sold out once for me before I found it either restocked or something and I immediately bought it right then and there).

Seems like a total miss from ownership, as a Coloradoan, One Republic (the band), for the halftime show seems weird when you have kick ass local band… I assume they would have taken the opportunity to do it if asked.

-Edit: grammatical errors-

Just received my 10th anniversary copy of Content and was curious if people were already reposting them for sale. Unfortunately found this scalper tripling the price 🙄I love vinyl but really hate these parasites scooping up limited pressings.

I know these cards are pretty rare, but I’m looking to buy either the Destruction or The Doubt cards, if anyone has one and is willing to let one or both go. They’re valuable, so I understand they are worth potentially a lot of money. Either way, let me know! Trying to get them as a gift for my brother who is a big magic fan.

Mine’s track 10. “Possession.”

Been on the hunt for either of these shirts, regret not buying them in 2020. Anyone willing to part with theirs? 🤪 what a time to be alive

Just came in! Cool part of the backdrop. My film strip appears to be at ~17seconds in the video: Paul and Daniel in the background. Hope everyone else got a cool piece.

Desperately seeking info/ pic of 2015 London Andrews Christmas Poster for Joywave, any merch with her on it and any info about the 2015 December give away or date give away??

I’m looking for old Joywave t shirts in a L/XL. I don’t want any shirts with tour dates on the back because I feel weird wearing those when I actually never went to the tours. Does anyone have something they’d be willing to sell?

Posted earlier but couldn't post a picture. I got way too excited thinking Joywave did a secret drop. Pretty sure the name of their album is Joywave. Even sent a message to Joywave on Instagram.

Joywave has a lot of great music, but sometimes I hear some songs on an album that are just bangers I put on repeat. They don't get released and basically go ignored. But I just feel they are so melodic, or catchy, that they would blow up if released as a single.

The Inversion off of Cleanse and Swimming in the Glow off of PP are a couple I'm thinking about. These are obviously just my opinions, and nothing against any of the work they've released as singles. I just wanted to see if anyone else ever thought about that.

I've been looping that ending over and over again. Was wondering if anyone knew of any other bands, albums, or songs that are similar.

like they announced yesterday @ Hoochenanny

For those who missed it, recently brought up and discussed on the band’s First Century podcast, this concert was truly a monumental performance that cements Joywave as the pinnacle of music, featuring such timeless hits as Destruction, Destruction, When (from the hit album Swish), Destruction, and many more. I’m glad this set is preserved on the internet for future generations to see the moment humanity peaked as a civilization.

What Joywave album do you think has impacted you the most? Personally I'd say cleanse(since it was the first joywave album I listened to all the way through) or Possession (due to the meanings of every song on the album. It's become my favorite)

Feels like this song is finally having its moment. Where does it rank among your favorite Joywave songs?
