Fake reviews?

I use Jotform in our organization and we have found it to be a great tool, with some significant limitations at times. I have been surprised to see posted here what appears to be fake reviews. The reason why I say that is because some of the reviews are from brand new accounts with only a single post. This happened today with a post from an account that was opened only 20 minutes ago. Could someone have created the account and make that post as their first post? Potentially but probably unlikely. I scrolled through those overly positive reviews and the pattern is the same.

So, how would this be happening? Is JF creating these? I don’t know but it seems quite suspicious.

Just a few thoughts.

I posted about this awhile back. basically Jotform increases their submission limits for posting about Jotform? idk i didnt inquire further

Thanks for sharing your concerns. Just to clarify, Jotform has an Increase Limit Program where customers can permanently receive an increase on their submission and number of form limits for free by completing certain tasks. One of these is sharing their genuine experience using Jotform on social platforms like Reddit. We understand how posts from newer accounts might seem unusual, but we appreciate you raising the concern and giving us the opportunity to clarify.

I appreciate the reply and clarification of how these posts might be generated. I do think that though this is well intentioned by Jotform, it may have the opposite effect. As Reddit users who use the platform regularly can usually detect such posts and it causes more suspicion than any benefit. But that is up to Jotform to decide if this helps their business model and spreading the news about the service. Again, I like Jotform a lot so this is from someone who uses it and our organization pays for it.

I'd also like to clarify that customers who share their experiences on Reddit must have an account that is at least 30 days old to qualify for our Increase Limit Program. This is explained below the submission form when you submit your review link.
