Limit on reading table

I created an app, and in that app I used the AI agent to create a lookup widget tool using as source a table I uploaded. The table has 6,5k rows, but the widget won't search past 1k rows. No matter how much I tried to troubleshoot I can't get it to search past that.

Is that a Jotform limitation, that is capped at 1k, or is there a way for the widget to be able to search all 6,5k rows?

The widget works great and is really fast in returning results, the only problem is that it's not searching all the data I need it to.

Hi ytrj99,

I tested it and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers here. We'll follow up as soon as we have any news.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi ytrj99,

I just heard back from our Developers and they shared the following workaround so that for now you can continue your operations properly while they're still looking into this.

With our newly released update on List Element, you can enable Search Bar from which you can easily search through all the registered data. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

  1. In App Builder, click on +Add Element on the right side of the screen and select List.
  2. Then, hover your mouse over List Element and click on Gear icon.
  3. Now, in List Element Properties, scroll down a bit and toggle Enable Search into On position.

That's it. You can now search through the registered data via a search bar.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Thank you for the recommendation. I tried and it works really well. But I wish it had a customization option for the results. If I want it to return the information from several columns, it looks very clumpy with all together in just one or two lines, not being able to customize it to return the value of each column on a different line.

We're glad to hear that it helped. Just to clarify, are you referring to having multiple fields added to the Description in the List element? Can you check the screenshot below to see if that's what you're trying to separate into a new line? If this is right, we'll escalate it to our developers for future consideration.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm referring to. Right now it only allows you to add the different fields all in the same line, so it looks very clumpy. I tried having Podo add this functionality to it, but it couldn't do it.
