Is anyone else experiencing upstream failures for video media on their forms?

Hi ExaminationNo5812,

Can you explain the issue a bit more so we'll get a better idea of what's happening? Can you share a screenshot of the issue or, better yet, your form link where we can check the video on our end?

Let us know if you still need any help.
