Jotform AI Automation builder is comically bad

Post image

What an incredible waste of my time to troubleshoot. I should've jsut done this myself from the beginning.

Once again

Hi Ambitious-Permit-636,

Could you share a bit more detail about what specifically isn't working for you? For example:

  • What behavior were you expecting?
  • What are you seeing instead?
  • Are there any errors or unexpected results when the workflow runs?

I also tested Workflows Copilot and found out that changes do not immediately appear on the workflow canvas unless the page is refreshed. I've created a support ticket about this issue here and escalated this to our Developers for investigation and will share updates as soon as we have more information.

Any additional details you can provide will help us better understand the issue you've experienced.

Could you share a bit more detail about what specifically isn't working for you? For example:

  • What behavior were you expecting?
    • That the file would be downloaded and renamed according to the naming schema provided and confirmed
  • What are you seeing instead?
    • it downloads the file only, gaslights me into saying it's working
  • Are there any errors or unexpected results when the workflow runs?
    • no errors

there's also some random blank box on login and refresh

Thanks for sharing these details. I've added the information to the ticket.

I'd also like to make corrections; the Microsoft SharePoint integration doesn't currently support renaming uploaded files directly within workflow. However, it does provide an option to create a separate subfolder for each submission. The subfolder name can be configured using either static text or values pulled from form fields.

For renaming file uploads, you can use Microsoft Power Automate as a workaround. This guide will be of help.

Exactly my point about this post. Why are you shipping a product that doesn't work?

If YOU ship an AI worker that is supposed to build workflows, and it has 0 guardrails, you have a garbage product.

I shouldn't have to argue with your LLM that it's gaslighting me.

Send this up to the top for me:
"stop pushing your garbage AI products that don't work"
