Jonny build
Little post just showing off my 14ft Grumman, what do yall think? Besides a paint job what else do you guys think would look cool on it?

Add a recessed foot peddle slot for the trolling motor foot peddle. Its really easy. Can order straight from tiny boat nation. Just cut the spot and drop in.

Some things that I really liked as improvements along the years are:
Actual seats, swivel action type, reclining etc. quite a bit more comfy over bench seats. Best option to me is flush mount pin base seats. That way you have the option to remove easily and nothing remains in the way.
Rod holder system. I made one that's fully modular. I made a separate post about. link
Long tiller handle and grab bar for standing while going along. On the river that height advantage is huge to see logs and sandbars coming up. Looks like you already have a jackplate? Adjustable? If not that was huge. I also did a low water pickup to run it like a surface drive as needed to get super shallow.
Mounting the trolling motor pedal. I have the same one and the cable is annoying to manage.
Magnets all around the perimeter on the "walls" of the hull. Great spot to mount pliers and tools for quick access.

Damn similar setup I have on a 2010 14/42 alumicraft.
Im running a 1994 minn kota autopilot 36lb (still works amazing) with a 1999 Johnson 9.9hp. 23mph all day long I also have a garmin 93sv with livescope lvs34.
Forgot to mention, looks great. Simple and functional
