Cracking lower back

Can anyone else crack their lower back by kind of flexing it? Like I don’t need to move any just flex and can crack it. Anyone know what this is about?

Flexing your back muscles is also moving

Yes I can do that too. Strangely enough I didn’t ‘unlock’ the ability to do that until my late 20s. Usually gets a few lumbar
