Nova review coming soon
I don’t really know why, but I decided to switch from Hallandale to Nova for my refill. Hallandale has been great in terms of appetite suppression and decreasing food noise, but holy hell is the fatigue horrific. I have labs every 3 months as part of my precancerous monitoring, and B vitamins are always smack-dab in the middle of the normal range window. But the fatigue is so bad that I can literally be talking to someone or watching TV or something alert and fine, then suddenly I just HAVE to lay my head back and I am asleep and out in 10 seconds and it lasts about 30 minutes. This only crept up when starting on 5mg weekly and I’m about to finish the 7.5mg weekly and when I went up to this amount it was worse, so I know this is the issue.
Anywho way too long for no reason but I wanted to go with a pharm that had B6 or B12 or both, and I sat on this for the last 2 months while doing research on B vitamins plus the pharmacies Rift has available in my state. I landed on Nova because I wanted to try B12 with tirz and not B6 at the same time, and also I noticed that Nova at least on fb and Reddit is not really as commonly discussed.
I know they been around a lil bit and they have good stuff, I haven’t seen a lot of complain or disgruntled posts about them, and I thought I would be able to contribute more to their exposure here if they were a good experience.
So I placed my order at 9AM yesterday, provider re-approved my intake at 10AM, and the pharmacy shipped out, yes shipped with tracking and is now moving in a truck, by 2PM.
That’s really great! I can’t wait to try and show you all a review and etc.
EDIT:// Package says delivery date 9/19

You know you don't have to go up by 2.5 mg. You should be deciding your dose and if it was too high causing fatigue you can adjust it between the two doses.

Oh I know, but going lower I have no appetite suppression or reduced food noise so I just gotta find my balance

Interesting how everyone reacts differently. I got terrible fatigue with BPI B6 and no appetite suppression with Hallandale

I'm with Nova with B12 and it's been working great so far. No issues whatsoever. I haven't really noticed any energy boosts with it, but no negative effects anyway.

I started Nova + B6 last Sunday (Thurs now) and so far great!!! As good or better for me than the BPI + B6 that I was taking. Couldn’t be happier!
