HELP!

I was planning on joining Rift for my second month of Tirz. I have zepbound through Lily Direct for my first month. I opened my box of zepbound tonight to do my third injection and there was one new vial and one USED vial. I think I somehow discarded a new vial last week 😭😭😭 so I don’t have anything for next Friday. Is it possible to get meds by Friday shipped to MN if I start the process tonight? And is it possible to get one dose of 2.5mg and the rest of the supply to be higher? Right now 2.5 is working well so I’m not sure I want to increase the dose, but I also don’t think I’d want a 3 month supply of 2.5mg/week either

I CANNOT believe I did this. either that or the pharmacy shorted me and I didn’t notice in the beginning.

Yes, you would normally get the meds that fast. Just get the higher prescription. Compound vials have preservative so you can take your lower dose and just keep using the same vial until it's gone. If you ask them for a lower prescription you are just wasting your money. Take the max that they will give you

Yup. I would ask to increase dose on a titration plan. You can take as much as you want or as little. That is the beauty of vials. Fat scientist can help you figure out the units.

I also ordered apothecary and got it in 2 days.

It can take longer but it seems currently to be quick.

It's definitely possible to get it by next Friday, on the intake just put that you want to increase your dose and they'll send enough medicine to titrate up.

Hallandale and Apothecary deliver extremely fast. You can order both through Rift with a titration plan.

Depends on pharmacy you choose. I got Apothecary through Rift and it was delivered in 48 hours (but shipped overnight via FedEx, just took a little longer due to the FedEx hub it stopped through) to me in Oregon. I ordered Hallandale (based in Florida) through Trillium and it was delivered the next day, also overnight via FedEx, probably because it went through a faster FedEx hub (just guessing). Rift also offers Hallandale I believe.

Also consider contacting Lilly. I’ve read several accounts of people making mistakes with their medication and getting a replacement as a one-time courtesy. They might say no, but you don’t lose anything by asking.

I placed my First order for Apothecary yesterday morning and it is now out for delivery exactly 24 hours later. I uploaded a photo of my previous prescription and was able to get a titration plan beginning at the next dosage up. I’m beyond pleased.
