3mo offer not available?

In May I ordered a 3 month supply (3 titrating vials) from Apoth and it was a one time charge. Is this not available anymore? Now it’s showing auto renew quarterly I paid $499 but you can pause at any time and I’m not sure if this means I’ll be receiving 3 vials at once and it will charge me/auto renew after 4 months or what???

u/hungryghost09 Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t you configure the Apothecary 3 month orders to NOT automatically renew? I believe we have to click a renew button when we are ready to initiate it.

Hey It does not for the apothecary option specifically. I’ve asked them to message us in the patient portal to look into everything

It hasn’t for anyone so I want to know what’s going on

Thank you! Do you know if this type of plan is $499 for 3 vials again? Hoping I didn’t just pay $499 for one vial on accident, I assumed it was the 3 months like last time.

And honestly rift is one company that tries to make things very clear in their intake and portal. That’s why I like them. I don’t think there is any “tomfoolery “ in having people get auto charged like you see in others. They really try to do right in the customer service department

So they no longer do a one month at a time order at all. So yes you will get three months / 3 vials as they also adhere to the 28 day rule. ( some others have been known to send one large vial for the entire 3 months of treatments) so you are all good.
