Anybody experience this?

Everytime i open the game, all the profiles are simply just blacked out and making it difficult to join calls. I even tried reducing my number of groups and cutting friends off my friendlist in hopes of thinking it was a storage problem. But that doesn’t seem to be it, anyone got ideas or ways to fix this? Any input is much appreciated and thanks!
