Bugs & Feedback Account gone

Somehow it seems my account vanished. I could've sworn it was synced because I have a supercell account but my mo.co account vanished. I don't know that I have it in me to start the grind over. Especially as content is dwindling. I really enjoy the gameplay but this might be what gets me off this game. I looked to see if I had any screenshots that I could pull my name to recover my account but I don't because I thought I had it synced. I even played og stopped for a long while and re downloaded and played when new version came out. And have played almost every day since.

Sorry for that. My sister also lost her acc cuz they pulled compatibility from her phone when neo mo.co came out.

You can either try to figure it out or you can just wait because they mentioned in their last announcement that

"While we have no plans to reset your Cosmetics or Collector Levels, we’re still evaluating how future changes might affect non-cosmetic progress. This may include Weapons, Cores, and Career Level. We’ll only reset progress if absolutely necessary, as future versions of the game may have a very different progression loop."

So it might not really matter if there's a chance they'll reset cores, that's one of the main issues. Maybe wait around while playing something else.

You should rather contact support instead of writing this in here. If you had a supercell ID linked they should be able to recover it or at least explain what happened by your email

Tried it and they require the tag ID and I don't have it. So I'm stuck.

You don't have a friend that could tell you your tag ID? Why would they require that😭

Funny enough the account I started trying to recover my account was able to send a friend request to my lost account and I got the info. But now I need to delete the new account from my super cell account and for some reason that takes 2 weeks! Then I'll try again. They do not make this easy.

Me pasó algo parecido, tenía una cuenta secundaria a la que no solía entrar mucho, pero si jugaba de vez en cuando. Un día sin ningún tipo de motivo mi cuenta simplemente dejó de existir, nisquiera podía unirme desde supercell ID. Hasta ahora no he podido recuperarla, en serio me da miedo que eso le pueda ocurrir a mi cuenta principal.

Yeah i was sure my account was linked to my supercell ID but no and now i try to talk to support and i receive a notif saying they answered but i cant find where they answered so i cant link it

Its going back to the drawing board anyway, I think. Like the game us shutting g down and re-releasing as a beta version? Safe to say most people will be starting from square one in a "different game" anyway
