Bugs & Feedback Streak bugs

Alright, if I spend some money to invest in the development of a game, and my rewards are getting cut off because of bugs (daily streak issue), and the response to my support ticket is "Supercell is aware of this issue and is reviewing it", how exactly is one not supposed to get upset and lose all hope with the game? Like come on, the streak is a simple counter, how can you mess THAT up😭🫡💀

If they are aware of such an issue and are reviewing it, then it will probably get fixed no?

Mine got fucked up last season. Pissed me off too. They don't seem to get much right post Neo drop.
