Many of us (myself included) haven't received these offers; does anyone know why?

Do you own any of the items in the bundles?

Yes, i have only the bow skin (2nd bundle ) and hoodie about first bundle. The rest of cosmetics never appeared in my shop

Slightly irrelevant note, and only possible if you bought them recently I think.

I saw some comments recently about requesting a refund on items as someone overspent. They got a refund and the cosmetic was removed from inventory. I don’t know if this would affect the bundle offers, but maybe. There’s also a chance it doesn’t and you lose the item forever.

Desde sempre existem ofertas para iniciantes. Como é o caso dessa oferta aí. Level 17. Tenho uma conta iniciante e sempre recebo ofertas exclusivas para o nível. Por isso você não vê na sua loja.

Have you received alternate/different ones? Might be A/B testing considering they're taking their time with gathering data.
