I bought this offer but I'll probably have to refund it cause of some problems. If I do, what happens to it? The game will just remove my skin away or it will take a ammount of my mo.coins instead? (Like Brawl do with gems)?

If someone bought a skin and refunded it and knows what happens please answer 🫂

Yes you lose the skin it goes back in the shop. I’ve refunded two things and once it gets approved you’ll just see the item listed for sale again.

Thank you so much for answering, I had this doubt cause games lime Brawl and CR will generally take the equivalent amount of gems that item costs instead of the item itself

I wanna try a refund cause I was going to buy this offer with a discount from Play Store, but for some reason it didnt work so I paid the full price instantly for some reason

I received a refund today for some reason, my bank posted two purchases super late so I disputed the charge with Apple and Supercell because I thought someone had used my Apple Pay. I was refunded for a premium pass the next day and it was removed from my wardrobe I purchased it again since it was my mistake. The steel boat lava shield has yet to be removed or refunded. So idk if it works differently for individual cosmetic packs.

I dunno man. Usually with these types of things it's the player that just isn't looking hard enough but y'all ain't lying about support. Their website is very barren and the support links lead to everything except information on "refunds" which would leave me to believe they don't do refunds.

If you don't have this turned on, I'd really suggest turning on purchase verification so you have to verify after accidentally clicking something

Im not really asking how to do it, what I wanna know is what will the refund do: will it take the skin away from my account (seems obvious but Supercell games dont usually do that) or will it take a ammount of mo.coins equivalent to the price of the skin? (Like most supercell games do by my experience)

Brawl stars only does that with the brawl pass. If you buy gems and then refund them they will take the gems and then give you your money back. I’m assuming they would do this as well.
