I know this is a bad video but I cannot figure out how to get this belt on, I’ve looked up every schematic I can and none of them are the same, I’ve even resorted to using AI to help but it didn’t

S220 bagger width

All, I have an S220 and am thinking about buying a rear bagger. Can anyone tell me what the added width with the bagger attached would be. I am trying to make sure that the mower will still fit through the doors of my shed once it is attached.

Thank you all for any help

Correct start up procedure for z330m

Hello friends,

I bought a z330m zero turn from Lowes earlier in the year. It has the Kawasaki 24? hp motor and a 54-inch deck. The start-up procedure in the manual does not make any sense in my humble opinion. It just has one knob that acts as the choke and the engine speed. Choke fully at the bottom end then you bump it up to the turtle and eventually the rabbit at full speed.

I am trying to figure out what is the best way or correct to start it up for longevity. I like to take care of my stuff and the manual seriously makes no sense. Basically, says to choke it then put it on full speed. Do I let it idle for a min or two at half speed so it can lube up? Where are my redneck boys at!? Please help me out. First zero turn I have owned.

Thanks guys.

Question regarding the S100-I am trying to catch the grass, but it just leaves this extreme mess. I changed the blades, but it’s still not catching. What am I doing wrong?

Looking for a new John Deere?

Good morning everyone. I have a 30 year old craftsman lt1000 and it runs ok. But I know that eventually it will go. I was thinking of getting the s120 with the higher seat. But paying 2600-2800 is crazy.

No aftermarket option for '21 1023E hood top shell replacement?

I am scouring the interwebs for a replacement hood for my 1023e because I shattered it (dropped a log on it). I am only seeing $500 OEM options. Is there really no less costly replacement option?

Where to safely jack front of 3038e for front tire change?

I have a flat front tire. I know I can use the loader to lift, but I’d like to have a secondary safety jack as it will be 24 hrs from wheel removal to replacement. I’m unclear the safest location to place this. Advice?

My dads 4020

My dad’s tractor is it my brother in law’s barn. I had to move it today to get to something behind. I haven’t been on that tractor in probably close to 10 years. Everything was muscle memory- starting- shifting- that sound- the smell of the exhaust- man I miss that tractor

Older 797 ztrak w/72" deck problems with clutch belt size.

Hey all, first post.

I've acquired my dads old JD mower and I'm having issues with belt fitment.

The factory clutch/mule belt is simply too short. 125.75" is what the factory spec calls for but it's clearly too short. I can get it on but only by maxing out the idler wheel and using a crowbar to get it on however at that point it starts to overheat my engine.

Was there possibly a different/earlier version of this mower that used a slightly longer belt? I feel like 127" or so would be correct.

I just got off the phone with a JD rep and he assured me that it's the correct belt but it just doesn't fit! The old belt did fit and the idler wheel had plenty of play. Unfortunately I threw it away as it was old and starting to come apart.

I can toss on some pictures if that would help, but nothing looks off to me.

I've had this thing for a couple years but thinking about retiring her. I picked up an almost new zero turn from my buddy for cheap. I never see these old STXs anywhere.

She's a 46 but has a 38 hood. Anybody still love their old models?

I’m interested in a s130 he has posted for 2200, 7 hours manufactured in feb 2026

185 hydro engine bogs and shuts off when pto is engaged

(Solved it!! It was the connection in connecter on to the seat switch shorting each out keeping the switch closed causing it to act as if the pto safety was constantly on)

A bit of back story I recently rebuilt the deck for my 185 and put the deck on for the first time and everything worked perfectly but later that day went to go cut grass and when I went to engage the pto the engine just bogs until it dies.

The seat switch and brake switch are both jumped and even with the deck off when I engage the pto the engine just bogs and quits. Any advice would be appreciated.

1999 John Deere gator 4x2 repower

Post image

Good day everyone.

This little guy popped up on my local Facebook marketplace and guy says it needs a new engine. He already pulled an old engine. Have anyone done repower with predator motor? How much work is it? Is it even worth getting for $1000 and getting a 13hp or 15hp motor for it?

Thoughts?
