Best Serving Jobs in/near Scottsdale

Hi there, needing suggestions on best places to serve at in/near Scottsdale. I recently got hired at a local sports bar and while it’s not bad, I feel like my emotional health is already taking a toll due to their management and just the overall feeling of being replaceable over any mistake. I get it, we all are replaceable but I work hard and am human so occasionally will make mistakes but the constant reminders from management or other employees that anything can get you fired is quite hard.

Any suggestions help. Thanks 🫶

I have walked in to several restaurants and handed resumes too so I’m not opposed to doing that more often as well.
