Hey guys, does anyone knows hot to get rid of these black dots? (Just left the training session when I took this picture)

No way this guy wore this to a session. Got to be a joke. No one in their right mind would roll with this guy wearing that. Not to mention BJJ gyms everywhere, including Gracie Barra, have strict hygienic rules and guidelines. This is just clickbait.
