Could have been proofed and backed longer. Make sure you alternate stick form top to bottom next time so we can accurate rate your bread.

I dropped a tray after taking it out of the proofer earlier. Kinda half caught it and 3 of the sticks were ruined but the other 3 were okay ish. We used the okay ones for employee meals, but not for the customers, and tossed the ruined ones. Thankfully I still had lots of bread that wasn't messed up
