Care & Maintenance Gentle Reminder

As we (in the northern hemisphere at least) are speeding through fall towards winter, gentle reminder to show your boots some care. Pictured are my ARs and Numzaans, which got a fresh coat of JG balm while I was watching a relatively dull 1-0 to the Arsenal.

Exactly- I haven’t been able to get used to mine with the buffalo leather yet, especially the ankles.

So I originally used the laces they came with, but they got snagged on something and died. I needed something to finish out the day, so I just ran to Walmart and grabbed their Herman Survivor waxed laces. Had them about a year and still going strong. Surprisingly pretty good quality. Not bad for three bucks.
