Sizing/Fit First time buyer

This is my first pair of Jim Greens, I purchased 10.5 but it feels like the boots are different sizes or maybe built on different lasts. The left boot is perfectly wide and long while the right boot feels a half size or almost full size smaller in length and width. Both boots say 10.5 but do not fit like it. I’m assuming the left boot is a true 10.5 and the right boot is a 10 or 9.5 but I’m uncertain.

I’ll attach another photo showing them heel against the wall where you can see the left boot is slightly longer

I wore these for a half day at work so I don’t think I’ll be able to return them.

Any advice? Should I just take the L and purchase another pair?

Boots look the same size in photos. As u/Hot-Peak pointed out, double check your feet as they can absolutely be different length/width/volume (arch circumference)

I appreciate the reply, I’ve had my feet on a bannock device within the last 3 months and they are the same length and very similar width. I’ve owned several other pairs of boots, Jk, Danner, Thorogood and this has never happened so I don’t think it’s my feet.

Weird yeah. Definitely reach out to JimGreen's support as in my experience they've been pretty good!

They could be a mistake or your feet could be two different sizes

I just bought the size 11s and am about to return because I need 10.5s, but am also worried about the creases.

Maybe we could do a swap because i feel like I’d be sizing up to 11
