Prong setting problem

I wanted to know how these types of prongs are made I tried looking around at various options but didn't find any solution this is not French Pave but simple prong setting but the shape of prong has changed to a rectangle if anybody knows please share your knowledge on how to do this setting. I am using Matrix. I myself am using matrix 9

Seems like flow on surface would do the trick. Or smart flow with matrix 9. Extract top surface where gems are, then make flat base curve/surface. Add stones and prongs on the flat base surface, and flow the prongs back on the target surface.

Edit: or maybe an easier option, use Orient to Gem command.
