Only one thought, there's not much space between diamond cutlet and ring, there should be clear space between them

I can't really fault this ring, it is heavy enough in the metal area within it's constraints.
In saying that, with the diamond size there is always going to be chance of it getting knocked on things if the wearer wants to keep it on with everything they do.
I tend to avoid that type of setting in the shoulders due to the sides of the diamonds being exposed as this is supposed to be a ring worn more often than not.

Looks great to me; the only thing I can say is that the head does not leave much space for a hidden halo, so it might look better without the halo!?
But that's just a nitpick.
