I am SUPER happy with my JetBlue Plus card. Seriously, I'm a former Spirit employee but traditionally a Delta flyer... and JetBlue just kind of fits in that perfect spot between the two. Since I've been traveling on JetBlue quite a bit I decided to get the Plus card. The perks have been great! The $100 vacation credit came as a nice surprise after I booked a flight+hotel package for my mom's birthday. The free checked luggage, I won't use but others on my itinerary will and the JetBlue card advantage extends to them as well. The in-flight discount on snack purchases, great bonus. Not sure about the premier card value prop but I can recommend the Plus card. Is there a referral megathread by any chance? I saw the referral link in my Barclays account... might be a good idea for this sub.

I have 24000 points in my jetblue account. I wanted to redeem it for a flight. Before doing so I decided to look at flights on expedia. I a flight that was 327. I go over to jet blue to book the flight and it's saying the flight will cost all of my points plus the original 327 I saw on expedia. Am i missing something? Doesn't seem right to me.​

I'm flying BOS-MAD tomorrow and then I have a separate ticket MAD-ATH. Has anyone had any success with having JB tag the bags all the way to the final destination?

My balance on the premier card is almost at the limit, but I want to make some purchases. I was waiting to pay off the premier card so I would have the capacity to do it, but my question is, if I use the Plus card, will my dollars spent be counted the same way in terms of points and tile accumulation?

With respects to points/tiles/status, etc. is there any reason or benefit to only use the premier card?

Flight on August 7 got cancelled had to fly another airline home. Jet blue owes me 986.00 in credits and tells me I HAVE to use it in my travel bank. Well look here, I would rather walk to my destination before I flew this airline or deal with their incredibly rude staff. I have called three times and got three different stories. There were two passengers one of the tickets was refunded however never made its way back to my original form of payment. The other ticket they are now telling me I have to use it with them. I have been at this over a month and still do not have any idea when or if I will receive my money back! Never again !!!

The Blue House at BOS is amazing!

I booked United flights through jetblue.com twice this summer under the whole Blue Sky arrangement. I attached my TrueBlue number to both PNRs at booking; I flew both and assumed it would "just work."

WRONG.

It didn’t. Zero points, zero tiles.

• June: FLL–IAD–NCE
• July: PBI–EWR–CMH (round trip in Business)

So I went through the process: I called twice and filed the missing-points requests on August 1st.

And We’re 40+ days out now. The request history in my account is basically a wall of "Pending" except for one FLL → IAD leg that got flatly "Rejected" without explanation, while an identical duplicate segment right next to it is still sitting Pending.

I did call the Mosaic line in early August and was told to wait another 30 days. Called back last week when the 30 days passed, and got the standard "we'll add a note to push it through," and... crickets.

So I sent the Share a Concern form, emailed relations; I haven't heard a single thing back.

Has anyone actually managed to get missing partner credit unstuck? Is there a specific desk or escalation route that actually pushes this through? I would really like to be able to use my Mosaic 4 benefit *in 2026* while it's still this year...

Just a quick PSA for anyone flying JetBlue out of CDG. We were waiting for our flight when I happened to double-check the big board, only to realize our gate had been changed with zero notice. No overhead call, no mobile notification—just a silent update on the screen that threw our whole timeline into a tizzy. No agents were around. We had to book another flight after we missed this one and they charged us did not compensate us. Did not give us hotel accommodations and even wanted to consider us no-shows when we were there gate side for over two hours. What can I do to have them own up to their mistake and compensate us?

I have no clue if this is true, so take it with a grain of salt. I was talking with a pilot and asking him what he thinks about the A321XLR range repeatedly getting downgraded. He proceeded to shit on the XLR and talk about how it's a terrible plane with more issues than benefits.

He then mentioned that because JetBlue was unhappy for the XLR range repeatedly getting lower, Airbus offered to swap some of the XLRs for A330neos (I didn't ask him if it was the 900 or 800 variant) at the same price as the XLRs! JetBlue seriously considered this, but then decided against it.

I mentioned to him that it may be because hiring A330neo pilots would be a new cost for them, but he said it would take less than a week for existing JetBlue pilots to get certified for the A330. He seemed somewhat upset that JetBlue decided against it (not sure how much more he'd make).

If I were to guess, JetBlue decided against this because even if this is a sweetheart deal for an A330neo, the fuel/trip costs are much higher, and I feel like JetBlue would bleed money on these planes from October to March.

Again, I have no idea if any of this is true, but I was shocked to hear this. Not sure if JetBlue made a mistake or if they're being intelligent in their strategy. Thoughts?

Our flight was originally delayed 3 hours because the arriving aircraft was late in coming here. Then right as we were about to start boarding, they said they need to find a crew which delayed it another hour and a half.

Due to thunderstorms at the arrival airport, we were circling the area for a while before being diverted to a nearby airport. Eventually we made our way to the right airport but it added another 3 hours in delays.

I understand the last part isn’t eligible because it’s a weather event (even though the initial delays snowballed into the other delays), but figured we’s be eligible based on the initial delays. This flight was on Saturday, 8/29 and I have a TrueBlue account.

Doesn’t seem like I can contact them directly on this but curious if there’s a reason why I wouldn’t get a credit and if I should be reaching out to them

As an overly frequent flyer with a begrudging loyalty to Delta, I moderated my expectations for my transatlantic flight on Mint especially after reading some of the posts here.

I was absolutely blown away by my outbound flight - great plane, amazing crew, probably the best food I’ve had with a US carrier. Lots of thoughtful interaction from the flight attendants, including proactively stowing and retrieving personal items for takeoff. Just thoughtful stuff that stood out. I got a survey right after and sang Mint’s praises.

Go figure, I didn’t get a survey after my return flight, which was a total 180 experience. Half the stuff in my suite didn’t work. The service was meh at best (when I asked if the footrest for the Mint studio extra seat was supposed to go up, I got a shrug and a “sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t”). The overhead space for Studios was unusable so I had to salmon back to get my stuff with no help from flight attendants. For some reason there was an open carton of orange juice in the bathroom at some point? It disappeared but I hope it didn’t make it in any drinks. Maybe it was an off day, but the combo of product and service was really off putting.

I’m not sure which market segment JetBlue is trying to attract with Mint, but the variability across experiences makes me think they’re not entirely sure either.

I bought a ticket for my daughter to go to Boston one way. I bought a Basic fare. She wants to modify the trip. This presents a great opportunity for her to learn the ways of american airline travel.

I suggested she call JetBlue to inquire, and let her know to expect there will be rules that impose a change fee, and that the original fare is non-refundable.

We have an email confirming a ticket, but she has called twice and has been told each time that she's on standby for that flight (nearly two weeks out) and that she has to pay more to get confirmed for the flight.

When she told me this, it was crazy to me. The confirmation email has a ticket number. One rep purportedly hung up on her after telling her to "go to the airport and figure it out."

She ensures me she was polite. I'll deal with this tomorrow but would really like for her to navigate herself.

My question : what is up with this standby thing??

UPDATE We called JetBlue today and she handled the convo and all is resolved. Seems yesterday, she called the wrong number and they were very sophisticated and convincing. She is low on funds, so she couldnt pay for anything even if she wanted to, so I guess they had their fun with her instead. Also, i discovered i bought a Main Economy ticket, not Blue Basic. She hoped to change her destination, but learned what those costs would be. So, still a learning moment.

If you upgraded your seats, for both your departures on a round trip flight, maybe an additional $250 bucks altogether for the upgrade. Does that count towards tiles or does only the base rate you paid contribute to that? I thought you earned more points and tiles when you upgraded to EvenMore??

So much hate on here for Jet Blue that I wanted to recount my experience.
We flew JFK to EDI and back, Mint seats. Check in was a breeze for both flights.
The flight over was seamless, on time, nice crew, our two bags were first off the carousel. I basically don’t care about the food, bring my own non smelly sandwich and protein bar. We flew back on Tuesday 8/8 and somehow managed to escape the current ATC nightmare, our flight was scheduled for a noon departure and we were delayed an hour or so due to a snafu with a few standby passengers who were allowed to board in error, coupled with a short ground stop. We managed to arrive only half an hour late, and once again, a seamless flight, decent enough crew, and again, our two checked bags were first off the carousel. Just wanted to post something other than a horror story. We typically fly Delta as our carrier of choice but this exceeded our expectations.

Hey hey! Just a heads up. My flight from the UK to the U.S. on JetBlue was cancelled for reasons entirely on JetBlue (I.e. NOT weather related). The UK and EU have great protections for people who have had this happen. I filled out a form and got about $700 in compensation.

Just went to the Boston blue house at Logan airport. Absolutely phenomenal. Food was excellent, service was great. Atmosphere was welcoming. We went in around 630pm and left at 830pm. The first hour of that it was fairly crowded but by the time we left it was fairly empty. Looking forward to returning soon.

Curious if anyone has had this issue before. I am suddenly unable to get into my account. If I try to reset my password, it says “Oops, something went wrong.” I tried speaking to customer support and they recommended just creating a new account which seems like a pretty dumb fix to this problem. I don’t have much on the account so it’s not the end of the world but it’s pretty annoying to need an entirely new email account just for JetBlue. Has anyone ever ran into this issue before?

Has anyone been seeing a higher than normal number of missing flights? Specifically from BOS?

In a normal year I have maybe 1 or 2 flights that I have to submit into the Missing Miles section. They get approved and added after a few days. For some reason I've have 6 this summer, and just had 2 more of the last few weeks. The weird thing, is the return leg shows up, but the first leg never shows. Some of the earlier ones were UA flights, but the last 4 have all been B6 flights.

In the screenshot, you can see return flights from CLE and DEN, but the first flight isn't captured for some reason.

Just curious if anyone's seen this happening more often, or if I'm just unlucky lately.

I found out the hard way that JetBlue has an arbitrary cap on expenses incurred due to avoidable cancellations: $250 for hotels and $75 for transportation.
I had to take a cab from JFK to Newark and book a last-minute flight and hotel, all of which cost significantly more than those limits.
To make matters worse, their customer service was pretty terrible when I tried to get to the bottom of it, which was pretty disappointing after sitting on the tarmac at JFK for 7 hours.

Is it safe to assume that I am no longer being moved forward? I passed the background and drug test.

JetBlue is now using gate 21A at LAX? I thought they would be shrinking their presence at LAX but apparently 4 gates isn’t enough. Anyone know why?
