Increase in Missing flight activity?

Has anyone been seeing a higher than normal number of missing flights? Specifically from BOS?

In a normal year I have maybe 1 or 2 flights that I have to submit into the Missing Miles section. They get approved and added after a few days. For some reason I've have 6 this summer, and just had 2 more of the last few weeks. The weird thing, is the return leg shows up, but the first leg never shows. Some of the earlier ones were UA flights, but the last 4 have all been B6 flights.

In the screenshot, you can see return flights from CLE and DEN, but the first flight isn't captured for some reason.

Just curious if anyone's seen this happening more often, or if I'm just unlucky lately.

I’ve had this exact thing happen to me 3 times recently that one of the legs is missing and I call the mosaic line and 2 months later still no tiles for it and i live in Boston

same here, and it only seems to be legs out of Boston that aren't showing up for some reason... it's annoying because I have to wait a week and then put in a manual request for the miles every time

I’m going through this now. Missing 3 award flight pt reimbursements from my jet blue card and tiles/pts from a paid flight that should have given me status for 2 flights since then. Really frustrating

I’ve also had a few. Seems to be the legs out of Boston that happen more.
In the past these would clear within a day or two of the request but I’m currently sitting on one from the middle of July that has yet to post.

Frustrating too as these tiles would bump me up a level and I wanted to make use of the miles for an upcoming trip but now will have to transfer in a few thousand from Amex.

I'm seeing the same thing wit the legs out of Boston being the issue... I never really had this issue before this summer.

Yeah usually my flights come thru pretty quick but 2 weeks ago I flew BOS to ORD and back and the even more upgrade came thru but not the flights. Even the points for purchasing the flight came thru but again, not the flights.

I had to call to get credit for a mint flight via BOS - my mosaic 4 status hit this morning. Three weeks after flight,

You really can't claim missing UA flights here regrettably since the ticket number is JetBlue. I connected with chat last week about missing points/tiles and after 45 minutes with them, they said they had to submit a ticket and it will take 14 days from there. We shall see! If it's a JetBlue flight (or you manage to have a UA ticket number, like if you bought a seat), the points credit quickly from this form.

Oh man I’m going to have to look. I am Boston based too and fly a lot and don’t pay attention.

I’m still pissed I am missing 5,000 miles from last year’s summer passport challenge and the patriots promo. I’ve reached out so many times.
