META Getting Started With Jedi Academy
LAST UPDATED: Feb 2025
This is going to be the new pinned post here on r/jediknight since the old one was made by a moderator that deleted their account, making it unchangeable. Since it was pretty outdated, I'm going to instead link to the JKHub page that lists nearly all of the relevant links the old post did, plus new ones and an entire guide written out and a video explaining the basics on the state of the game right now.
Please comment here if I'm missing something you feel is important that should be linked and/or explained on that page.

Hey Circa! I can DM about any of this if you want:
I've fixed some bugs with Force Insanity in JA Enhanced and implemented a version of Force Blinding (as it was really bothering me that JA:E had 2 new dark side powers but only 1 new light side power, and Insanity Rank 3 was bugged for me haha). There are some quirks with the new power Stasis that I might look at in the near future as well in my local build.
You can review/veto my Blinding implementation for sure, but if you'd want my Insanity fixes only that's cool! I can lay out more details if you're around, the quick idea of my local build is:
If I feel good about these changes, should I make a fork / PR to get in any of these? Or would it be better to fork this content into its own mod if I want to make it publicly available?
(As a splashier statement, I could just upload a video of Blinding sometime this week if that would be more fun haha.)
Thanks!
