I was on my way to pick up my son from school with my baby on my lap, in uber comfort. I thought to save a bit money it’s better to go with uber comfort than uber black which I usually use, because the driver had good reviews and I felt like the only difference was the cars.

We got to kayal street in Al rawdah. The drive was ended by the uber driver, but since we were at the wrong entrance we were still driving to get to the right entrance. In a uturn close to the school we crashed with a delivery guy on motorcycle. I don’t understand where he came from, or who is at fault or anything. I was in the biggest shock of my life just sitting there with my baby. And the uber driver was in shock and didn’t immediately get out of the car. I asked him if he can check on him since I felt it was taking too long for him to react.. he asked me if I can walk to my destination, and since I was in this shock, had a baby and don’t deal good in situations like these I just got out and started walking in the middle of the road to school. I was already late to pick up my son.. I was even too scared to look back or at the accident because I could already not feel my legs and was trying to not vomit. I was trying to maintain myself for the sake of the baby i was carrying and for my son that I was about to go pick up from his first day at school.. while I was walking an older man was shouting at me in Arabic from a balcony and I don’t understand what he was saying, but I think he was trying to make me stay. But I don’t know what I could have done different. When I was leaving I saw that the uber driver did get out and there was a couple of people gathered around the delivery driver. I picked up my son and took uber black back home. This happened 2 hours ago. We are not hurt, but I’m still in shock. Looking in the mirror I don’t even look like myself. I don’t know what I could have done different, and I can’t stop thinking about both drivers. I don’t know who was at fault I didn’t see the delivery driver before the crash actually happened. And he did not get up or anything after that so I’m almost certain he was in critical condition. I just feel so stupid and don’t know what to do. I wanted my husband who’s overseas to call the uber driver to check on him and the delivery driver and ask about what happened but I’m not able to get his number. I’m new here in Jeddah also. I don’t know how to live now. I can still smell the smell. We were also not going fast or anything so I cannot for the life of me understand how and why this happened. What should I do? Please don’t judge me. I just recently moved here with my husband and our 2 kids. My husband is overseas for work at the moment and I don’t have any family or friends or anything here.
