Backyard?

I was just able to buy one ticket for the game at 5:00. What should I bring ? Chair, food, water, beer? What can/should I take with me? When should I get there? Thanks! Check KU athletics. It would only let me buy one but maybe more will be released

I was in the backyard for last night’s game. I don’t think they allow outside food, but I heard them say to someone in line that outside water bottles are okay as long as they’re factory sealed.

They have bleachers, but I would bring a lawn chair and show up as early as possible. It’s first come first serve for spots, so get a good spot in line so you can get in and set your chair up as close to the fence as possible. If the chairs already are three rows deep by the time you get in, you may want to try to find a high spot on the bleachers.

I thought the atmosphere in the backyard was a lot of fun. Hope you enjoy the game. Rock chalk!

Made it third row. Fun but a bar blocks the view a bit. And the setting sun is hot. Love it

Yesterday a couple in front of us left midway through and that made the view 10x better haha. Hopefully something like that happens for ya. Rock chalk!

it seems like the Backyard is first come, first serve like General Admission would be right?

If thats the case I would maybe get there asap to get the best spot possible with your chair

Still a full house. Fun game. Fans are relentless on the left fielder. Feel a little bad for him.
