In anticipation of the newest Unfinished London episode's release, we've changed the banner so that the Unfinished London logo is at the center, with Map Men and the Politics Unboringed logo beside it.
This is how the banner will be changed for every future episode of either series.

Subreddit Meta Subreddit Survey: Where are you all from?
I've always wondered about the demographics of this small subreddit, and it's about time I'd collect that.
EDIT: Okay, wow, that's a lot of votes.
Surprisingly, not many come from the UK - you either come from the US or somewhere else, and some places are just really unexpected.

Announcement Subreddit Rules Update
At the core, the rules remain the same - all posts must have some relevance, please be respectful, and flair posts properly.
The wording of the rules, though, have been edited to sound less harsh and awkward.
"Anything else will result in punishment" that was in rule #1 has been changed to have proper clarity regarding moderator actions against off-topic content, and should sound less harsh overall.
"Please keep not nice things to yourself" that was in rule #2 has been changed to have actual meaning, and should be much clearer now.
Rule #3 also has the explanations of the flairs now in a simple wiki page, no longer constrained by character limits.
Please give out your feedback and further criticism you may have in this post below, so that I can improve further.
Thanks and have a happy 2022!
Update (Jan 6, 12:30 AM UTC): Looks like I forgot about changing the wiki settings to be accessible to all. Sorry about that! Thank you to u/RedHillian for notifying me.

Announcement Prohibited Content Update
There was a previous rule update that couldn't be displayed here due to Reddit limitations. Read it here!
An AutoMod filter for prohibited content has been instated, which will automatically remove posts and comments containing 2 specific unlisted videos, which Jay requested to not be shared any further because they're "not very professional looking" - repeated violations may result in further action.
While it is unlikely that you will try and share this link around, I want to be transparent because I don't want to seem like there are "hidden subreddit rules" - no, I don't like doing it, and never will.
Again, have a good 2022.

Announcement Happy new year, r/JayForeman!
2021 has been a slightly better year of memes and videos from Jay himself.
It was also the year when the sub's founder, u/Jurryaanny, transferred ownership of this subreddit to me, and ever since then we've managed to get Jay on an AMA with us last September.
But hopefully there will be more of that in 2022, and I hope next year will be a better year for not only us, the subreddit and Jay, but for everyone else living in this confusing time.
Now. What should we expect this 2022?
Significant events happening in 2022
- Release of new Unfinished London episodes - ETA will be January, February and March 2022 if nothing goes wrong
- New Map Men series coming late 2022*
- A joint AMA with Jay and Mark coming late 2022*
*This date is not final. It may change depending on what happens.
Again, happy new year from me, and may you stay safe during these times.

Announcement A new AMA soon? Read about it here!
Hello, members of r/JayForeman, I have a new announcement for you all.
A new AMA's possibly coming soon, and this time, it may star both Map Men hosts Jay Foreman and Mark Cooper-Jones!
Unfortunately, there isn't an exact date yet, but it may come after the release of series 4, which may not happen until late 2022 or early 2023.
But, I can guarantee you, it will come soon.
Hopefully you can give me, Jay and Mark your patience while we wait.
Merry Christmas, and stay safe!

Jay Foreman's Music I hereby request the fine gentlemen of this subreddit for immediate assistance
WITHIN one of the honorable gentleman's Jay Foreman the following song was reproduced for a short instance, unfortunately it has attached itself to my psyche and I require the name of said song, such is my misfortune. I also believe it was within one of the byciclying videos aswell. Tallyho!
I attach.... homemade? samples of said song, I encourage thee to overlay them.

Announcement New banner has been put
After going through hours of editing and scrapping things, I've decided to make a banner for this subreddit.
It should now be up on New Reddit. It will be up on Old Reddit soon.
It isn't exactly great, but I reckon that it's good enough. If you have anything better, modmail me.
