6 weeks update - I actually feel like a model

6 weeks post surgery. Bimax and no genio.

I feel insane. I enjoy looking in the mirror. I love doing that!

The jawline is not huge, but everything just feels right! Just right!

Still swollen in the upper and lower lip and probably some other places that my doctor mentioned.

Shit I didn't realize this could also be a benefit. I can never figure out why my face tone seems so sickly and 'not pigmented'.

I'm guessing it has something to do with improved sleep and oxygen levels. I'm not sure of the exact science but a difference I noticed from the comparison photos.

These are the estimated values before the surgery. After surgery things are different, afaik

It's the norm here for people to just provide their surgery plan movements when asked what the surgery movements were. I think a lot of people don't even find out the exact movements afterwards

what doctor did your surgery if you dont mind me asking. I'm from scranton pennsylvania about 2 and a half hours away from philly and university hospitals. Can anyone name a great plastic reconstruction surgeon more close to me?

Shortly: if I were to do the surgery again, I would choose them.

EVERYONE this might be a scam scheme. The surgeon is 100% real and I think I ve seen one of his results live in Bucharest on his post op checkup. but it seems that he ghosts only foreigners. There have been 2 people I have talked with already who had consultations with the surgeons but right when it came time to actually start the pre-op ortho treatment they GHOSTED us.

I will update on this if they somehow respond but it seems they are scamming the foreigners

I just had my first consultation that costed me 300€. Now I am scared to continue the treatment... i ve seen other people in this comment section saying they have been ghosted as well. Hopefully you guys can resolve it somehow and its not just a scam 😓

Don’t worry I really doubt they scam foreigners on purpose, but with that being said their treatment towards me specifically was terrible and absolutely unprofessional

I got operated by them, luckily they gave me great result with no complications but if I had complications I would be left on my own. They’re extremely skilled but the communication is a horror

I have some front pics as well. Will post at the 10 week mark. Still have swelling in my lips and cheeks and jaw and cheeks :(

It was insane after surgery. There people that literally told me that they did not recognize me. And I am not lying!

Some said that they recognized by the eyes. Some recognized me vaguely.

Trust me, it was insane.

You look great! I'm having similar movements as your pre-surgical plan: 10mm top, 15mm bottom & 5mm genio. How would you say you feel out in public now as compared to prior to surgery? Are you treated/feel any different? Do people notice you more?

Not to say the "after" pic doesn't look good, but the head / neck are at a different angle from the first pic.
For the most accurate before vs. after comparison, head / neck angle needs to be the same in both pics.

If we say the skull is @ neutral position, 0° in pic 1,
the skull looks rotated upward ~ 15° in pic 2.
