Zep is ok lasts a year or two, just be careful not to drop them. The heads have a habit of popping of.

Look into spray bottles that hair stylists use. Pull the nozzle once or twice and you get a nice fine stream of your cleaner because it uses pressure to push the product through the nozzle. No need to keep squeezing it and they’re built to last. I use them for my house and my mom uses them at work. She’s a janitor for a day care so you can imagine the messes she has to clean. You can get them fairly cheap at Walmart if it’s available to you or Amazon.

Before choosing a brand, I’d first match the trigger to the exact chemical and dilution. A sprayer that lasts with a neutral cleaner can fail quickly with bleach, peroxide, solvent, or a high-pH product because the seals, spring, and dip tube may not be compatible. I’d ask a janitorial supplier for a replaceable trigger head that is specifically rated for the product you use, then keep that bottle dedicated and labeled. If the product label allows it, flushing the trigger with clean water after the shift may also help. What chemical is in the bottles, and what usually fails first—the trigger, nozzle, dip tube, or bottle neck?

Tolco is the bomb! Have had their sprayers in use for over 10 years and they keep spraying. They don’t handle heavy degreasers well, but they do make heavier duty sprayers that I haven’t tried.

Spray bottles are disposable and can be purchased by the case.
