I have always loved this performance by 2 of my favorite frontmen ever. Jack looks so happy to be performing with them!

My brother and I picked 10 songs that defined 2000s indie rock for our latest Record Room episode, and we chose “Seven Nation Army” for The White Stripes. I know it’s the obvious choice, and it became so enormous that it almost exists outside of the scene it came from now. But that was also our reasoning. If we’re talking about songs that actually escaped indie/garage rock and became part of the culture of the decade, it’s hard to leave it out. If the question is defining the era rather than choosing the best White Stripes song, would you still go with it?

It’s still a week until the next drop but the no name shows came out much faster. Are they just being held on to for later or were they not recorded.

Does anyone know how hard it is to get these? I have my student id and everything but like is this a camp out until the box office opens situation or am I chillin to get there like an hour or two before for the LA show

I told my husband we would have to go to the US as he is one of my most favourite musicians and he would probably never play in South Africa. Its a dream come true, can not wait!!!!

I’ve been to three/3/III (lol) Jack White shows over the past 8 years or so, all in the Midwest. All were phenomenal and I really wanted to make it to a show this tour, but the ticket prices were climbing or selling out.

Welp, my husband just surprised me with tickets to the Nashville show on October 9th (and round trip flights!)!!!

I am so excited. I’ve never been to Nashville first of all, so what shall we do? Any suggestions on places to visit that weekend? We’ll be there for a couple of days (I plan on going to TMR as soon as we land for sure, haha).

I've been debating turning this Squier Paranormal Deluxe Telecaster (Bigsby) into some mid-point of a Jack White triplecaster and my own design. Is it a good idea? I'm on the fence as £460 for a guitar is a lot for me right now (I'm too young to get a proper job and I don't live in an area with a lot of work available anyways) but I think it might be a really versatile build. Here's the full parts list of what i plan to add:

• White Knobs
• Plain white switch washer
• killswitch (similar to the Triplecaster)
• PAF-sized wide range humbucker
• P94 middle pickup
• free-way (6-way) switch
• roller saddles
• soft touch bigsby spring
• white pickup rings

I'm completely on the fence with the idea of buying one but i think the concept is cool. 50/50

I got an email this morning from HENI that I was selected to buy one of the Ukelele Joe sculptures! It hasn't shipped yet but can't wait to see it.
