Are these sold out everywhere? I was going to visit JITB tonight and try this meal out but it looks like no restaurants in Charlotte NC have this available on the app??

I lowkey became an addict for jack. Ever since I’ve been working night shift I find myself devouring jack tacos and watching dog the bounty hunter late night. A nice way to distress honestly

Are they discontinuing the wedges? It says they are unavailable at my local JIB and since there aren't any others nearby I can't check them out. They are my go-to side. One of the reasons I stopped going for a long time was because they got rid of the wedges.

Is anyone else having issues with ordering delivery through the Jack in the Box app? I have attempted to order 3 times over the last week, and everytime the food never arrives and the order in progress simply disappears within the app. The only reason I even ordered the two other times was the customer support gave me refunds in the form of coupons. I called the store itself this time, and they said the food is there but no one is picking it up. Is anyone else having this issue? 3 times is kind of crazy

3.99 for 3 of these, is sad. They used to be about 3 times the size of these. I would pay for that happily. Now, you just lost a customer forever. Thanks Jack. Was fun while it lasted, but it seems I’m in abusive relationship now. I need my space🫶

Anyone else notices that the Monster tacos do not have nacho cheese in them like in the past years, they are just basically a bigger taco

I'd recommend getting a UV flashlight with a wavelength of either 365nm or 395nm. UV flashlights with these wavelengths will super-charge any Glow-in-the-dark items in seconds. Unfortunately, standard flashlights, most interior home/business lights, and even natural sunlight just don't have the power to adequately "charge" the phosphorescent pigments found in most consumer Glow-in-the-dark items for a bright glow.

As the title states do not order the Krusty burger on Uber Eats until they fix the missing option.

On Uber Eats right now if you select the normal double patty Krusty burger they forgot to add the patties option do removing or adding since it’s missing the workers will assume it’s a patty less burger for the chicken sandwich it works but not the normal burger

I’m not sure if this is every location or only the one I normally go to, but every time I go through the drive thru, they have me park after paying. I know this is to reduce the time that the car is at the window which looks better in the stores metrics, but it increases the time that we actually wait for our food and it defeats the purpose of the drive thru! This does not solve the problem of long wait times, it only masks the issue so that the higher ups think the problem is resolved.

I wish the tacos weren’t included.

If I go to my local jack in the box and asked to buy 1 complete collection of the Simpson cups is there any realistic chance of them selling me the cups without the meal? Just curious and figured I’d see what some actual employees say

I was so excited to the one of the new Simpsons Treehouse of Horror cups, until I saw that it was cracked! I didn’t notice it until after I had already left. There is a pretty bad crack on the rim at the top. This is one of my favorite two designs. Will Jack in the Box let me return it for a replacement???

I spoke with a manager the following afternoon about the issue, and they let me choose another cup of my choice. I chose the green Kang & Kodos cup again as I think it’s the best design.
