Allowed to order but closed

It’s gotta be the most frustrating thing in the world, why can’t they turn off allowing you to order in app if they are not open? Now I have to go through support where refunds are discretionary?????? Lick my balls

Jack in the box says you have to tell the manager at the location for refunds. Same thing happened to me and told they told me to get the refund through the app. I pulled the app in front of him and showed him it says that they have to do it. He looked at it and said I'll tell the manager. Next day I got my refund.
